This is just wrong... In my estimation this liberal judge who "can't understand" is the one with a mental problem.
This proves that Berman is biased in his judgment on every case, and practicing psychology without a license, even to over-ruling the judgment of those who are licensed to practice.
And as most who study psychology, HE's CRAZY AS A LOON!
It's no coincidence that the campaign finance rules are designed to suppress grass roots access and suppress third party candidates while promoting corporate bribery of candidates and 'public servants.'
SHOULD have been in '08!!) for this psych-
iatric care, don't we??
A buddy and I, while watching our kids play at the park last night, were talking about this story. This kind of thing would be big news if a majority of Americans could still think for themselves.
You do not conform to our way of thinking so you must be reprogrammed.
Freedom of speach my A---
The opposite of the rule of law is the rule of whim. As objectivity ebbs, subjectivity rises. Berman's pronouncements are those of a King's minister.
Second, if Obama has more of the trait the judge describes, then why is he not taken out of office and sent to therapy? Third, the training manual for communist party members in the USA, called for as many people as possible to be put under the care of psychologist, but not competent one, rather ones who would promote the goals of communism. That is how they take over a country from within. Sound like Hillary's plan? Make being a conservative a crime, then fix them to be good little Red.
Dinesh donated ten grand and was fined 30 grand...?
Was he stealing or does this just fall under the category of: "I have the money and want to donate, but the "rules" say I CAN'T?"
It seems to me that if there is a broken system in this country, it is the judicial system.
Ditching the winner take all rule which is a due process violation as it changes the intent of votes.
Some of these might strike a resonant chord and cause some additional discussion threads??
