Just about the only time I have to read for fun lately is when I'm riding on jetliners. The past 3 weeks I've taken 9 rides so I'm well into this book now. Gotta leave soon to go work on the boat but I can do a readers digest style review. This book is scary as hell. A liberal friend of mine said that Michael Nehls "has attacked and harmed people with Alzheimer's in Germany". In fact, Michael has only given evidence as to how the illness may be prevented - nothing more. So, now in the mind of the leftists, trying to help people is attacking them. This, of course, explains why they hate RFK, Jr.. This book is jammed with scientific footnotes...many of them from the NIH! It's well supported. In short (again) - take vitamin D, use salt with iodine, and consume omega-3. This the start of what I learned. Michael also gets into the psychological methods used by governments to soften the mind and make it susceptible to external control. Fear is a great method for this, along with constantly changing the narrative - taking it in a big circle. The next circle will start with the next pandemic. They've (Pfizer especially) been hiding evidence as to the destruction caused by mRNA vaccinations. They've been caught but nothing has happened to them for it. Michael covers this, too. The gov/phama/media complex (and I've watched this for years!) is very good at reacting passionately about something, then ignoring the punchline. Congressmen Kennedy just pointed this out this week: The left is screaming about Musk looking at things, but not mentioning what he's finding. This is an EXCELLENT brain washing method as evidenced by my recent conversations with leftists.

If you give a leftist a fact that they don't like, but is true, they just assign it to the category of trivia. They do this no matter how impactful it is. (Man...I've seen plenty of this.). "The only Amish children with autism are the three that were vaccinated." "Vaccines have been proven safe!" (my mom literally said this Friday). Michael covers this.

This book is tough for me to read because it makes me realize some very scary things. Such as:... Even though a pandemic like the last one typically occurs once every century, we'll probably have another lab-leak soon. I personally believe it will be released in Trump's current tenure. I think, given how deep the rift caused by the leftist idiots' brain washing, the US should probably split in half. I think we have irreconcilable differences. There will likely be a huge increase in Alzheimer's. I have heard it's already starting. One of my neighbors appeared to have some kind of turbo version of the illness - losing his memory and dying in about 4 to 6 week period. He was fit as a fiddle, too. This last pandemic, like the next one will, surely came from the lab in Wuhan. The mental decline I've seen with colleagues, especially at construction sites, wasn't my imagination. It's clearly happening. This book includes the graphs on this. Spike proteins from either the virus or a vaccine are very bad for the hippocampus. That's your filing system of memories. Once it starts to degrade you lose your biographical memory - Alzheimer's.

Early in the administration of the first mRNA vaccinations I took it upon myself to follow the VAERS data as it came in. I noticed that 1/3 of those given the vaccine while pregnant experienced "instantaneous abortion". For the past four years I really felt like a man on an island over this, a man who's reality had been altered. That's a spooky rabbit hole for most people, but I hung on and wondered if it would ever come up elsewhere. Well, Michael addresses it in this book FWIW, there were also multiple reports in VAERS at that time of healthcare workers getting the shot and being found dead in various places in their healthcare facilities (in the hallway, at a desk, etc.). I found this nightmarish. Never heard a peep about is since.

I find myself often stopping after reading a few pages, looking up and shaking my head. This is dark stuff. Not healthy to read, probably. Makes me want to go full Galt...which is why I want to point out something Michael talks about. People are social animals. We need to be around our peers. Lacking that is a factor in the onset of Alzheimer's. A couple days ago I had the opportunity to get lunch with jbrenner. To talk with somebody like-minded and so damned smart was like a great drug for me. This is an element of Galt's Gulch in Atlas Shrugged that's easily overlooked. Those in the Gulch had each other, and that's key. That's why I visit this forum regularly. And, maybe we'll plan a day in the middle of the country to hang out and visit in person sometime.

    Thank you, Abaco.

"For the past four years I really felt like a man on an island over this..." We're in the same club here, Abaco. Not taking the jab put my wife and I in an outsider position from time to time. Currently, I'm slowly noticing some of the adamantly jabbed wishing they followed our lead. Too late now and I hope they get well.

New pandemic to bring down Trump 2.0 is a scary thought, but I'm sure it's being considered. It will not surprise me.

Wish I could have joined you two at lunch. It's been a long time since I visited that area.

My wife had to get vaxxed due to her career; I refused, and having to retire six months earlier than I planned as the cost I paid. But we, too, found ourselves on the outside due to my status. My wife's son-in-law refused to let any unvaxxed people into his house, so I didn't get to see that part of her family for well over two years. And there were other get-togethers (family and friends) where the invitation didn't specifically dis-invite me, but only invited Beth was invited:

"Hey! I'm having a pitch in dinner Saturday night. If you're vaxxed, you're welcome to attend. Call or text me and I'll let you know what you can bring. See you Saturday!"

Now, a few of those were legit, as there was someone either very old, or dealing with health issues, etc. Those I understood. But the vise-like closed mindedness of just about everyone else? Still don't get it.

I could never get the illogic in some jabbed people being fearful of the unjabbed. If the jabbed actually believe it works, then what do they care whether or not anyone they come in contact with is jabbed or not? I noticed the same for the mask requirement. That is, if some people believe a mask actually works and are wearing one, then what should they care if anyone else is not? Brainwashing with fear porn is a powerful thing.

"Brainwashing with fear porn is a powerful thing." Very well said. It's also far too effective. The way the majority of the people caved with Covid, I can only suspect (and fear) the societal effect that the next Wuhan/Chinese virus that gets release.will have.

This is my take. I say, "if the jab is safe and effective take it and shut your pie hole". But...they just can't do that. Probably because they know it's not effective. "Oh...It doesn't prevent, but 'reduces symptoms'." Makes me chuckle...

After we saw each other on Monday, later this week I got this week's issue of Chemical Engineering Progress. In it, I found discussion of gene editing the sequence associated with Alzheimer's on a mouse population. There is encouraging news.

That's interesting. Epidemiology is so interesting and complex. Illnesses can be environmental. They can be genetic. They can be a combination of both....I think that's many of them. It hit me first years ago when I'd attend birthday parties thrown for kids with autism. We'd attend, along with many other families dealing with it. I noticed one day that a majority of the kids being affected at that time were male, blonde and blue-eyed. What are the odds of that!? I think (and this is key to my theory) that the illness has become so common that it's absorbed many more gene types (as the toxins have been increased) and now such an observation probably wouldn't occur with school-aged kids. It's like pouring more and more arsenic into a fish bowl. Eventually, all the fish will be floating or on the bottom... But, at first, it just may be a few of one type...

Even though a pandemic like the last one typically occurs once every century
Are you sure there was one?

If large number of people died (not true as far as I'm concerned) are you sure it was a pathogen and not some other reason? example radiation leak.

My point being that huge bodies of information - what we call 'science' is also rigged.

"Even though a pandemic like the last one typically occurs once every century Are you sure there was one?" Good question. I've seen statistics that showed the usual year on year flu deaths dropping to near zero during the C-19 pandemic, while the numbers for C-19 deaths increased. I say, "Huh?". Seemed rigged to me.

Last one being the Spanish Flu. Which...didn't come from Spain - but China. Just a historic timing thing that seems somewhat reliable. Since this pandemic a lot of academics in the US have gotten back into the business of domestically messing with biology. I helped design a new Level 3 biolab here in NV recently. They're going up all over. So.....the next "big one" will likely be man-made.....also.

Speaking about the Spanish Flu, at the time it was prevalent there were experiments that attempted to infect healthy volunteers by very invasive means, for example nose swab from infected people with the Spanish flu were stuck into the noses of the volunteers.Outcome: none of the volunteers became sick.

Dobrien....I may not be a very religious man. But, I pray regularly that RFK, Trump and Kash live out long, natural lived uninterrupted by any Marxist plot. I start each prayer with, "Dear little baby Jesus..." Honestly - Let's keep hope alive that these guys live out their duties. I think Trump is doing well. Let's get the arrests going and let's get er done before the Marxists steal back the Congressional majority in 2 years. Strike while the iron's hot!!!

I watched some video interviews of Nehls and in them he recommended lithium for brain health. Does the book not mention lithium?

I don't recall him recommending iodine in the videos I watched. I'd advise anyone increasing their iodine intake to be cautious, and supplement with selenium as well, since iodine alone can trigger autoimmune thyroid disease in some people. https://www.westonaprice.org/health-t...

Not blaming you, or actually anyone at all, but this is why so many of us just throw up our hands when it comes to supplementation. We just don't know how much/when/where and in conjunction with what, to supplement the foods we eat.

I'll even admit to nearly killing myself (accidentally) many years ago from an overdose of a supplement that I had no idea could be a problem. Fortunately my stomach started hurting and I decided not to take any more of that....only to find out later it could be deadly in that dosage.

Thanks Kittyhawk! I've got to review. I think he very quickly mentioned it but I'm not done with the book yet. I think I remember that selenium may have some protection against skin cancer(?) I have to review. I just use salt with iodine. I have to salt because my workouts deplete my salt levels if I start going hot and heavy.
