Nepotism with a pathetic attempt at cover as a political foil. Anyone who didn't see this coming was asleep or in denial.

Then he has the gall to describe a clear application of the law as "political injustice"!!!

I guess Biden has no shame for the 2-5 years more he will be around in the fog of progressive dementia.

    Irrefutable proof that the POTUS should not have the power to pardon anyone with a personal/family relationship to the POTUS.
    Neither members of con-gress nor other 'public servants' nor government employees should ever be pardoned either.
    D.C. is utterly corrupt. NIFO

      One more addition, no one accused of treason should ever get a pardon.
      They MUST face their accusers and be tried based on the evidence.
      Hunter is very likely guilty of treason.

        You said "accused", I'm sure you meant "Convicted". "No one (....) should ever get a pardon". I have to disagree with "no one should ever get a pardon", sometimes new evidence comes to light, sometimes it's done illegitimately. But then again, maybe you're correct, no one should get a pardon, they should be exonerated. I look at Trump, Jan 6th, the cop that supposedly killed George Floyd, they all should be exonerated, not pardoned as long as they did something legally.

        I don't know how a pardon might be legitimized in everyone's mind, when we seem to have so many opinions about the law and everything else. I guess for some of those issues we just need to let God sort it out, He usually does. There can be no tolerance for evil, and right now the supporters of the left are pure evil. It's got to change starting next month, or the people need to wake up and start recalling their representatives. It's no different than allowing an incompetent president to change the rules and make evil and/or illegal decisions that any of us have to abide by, except our government officials. It's a good thing (for me) that I don't live back there in the east. I'd be an insurrection; more likely I'd be in prison.

          No, I mean no pardons for treason. If one can be 'pardoned' before the trial, that is unacceptable, too.
          If found guilty and they are not executed for treason, then they could appeal if there is a basis for appeal.
          Based upon the obvious corruption show in the past 8 years against anyone who disagrees with the Deep State tyrants in D.C.
          I have little confidence that judges can be trusted to uphold the Constitution against the Deep State tyranny.
          I have no confidence that anyone supporting Trump could get a fair trial in NYC or Chicago or Seattle or Sacramento either.

            I guess what I was saying is that there still needs to be someone that can execute a pardon (or an exoneration). Perhaps two people, one from each side, and they have to agree on the outcome, or it doesn't happen. It's almost like my thought the other day that each State should have one Senate representative from each side of the aisle. But that too is not workable, it would be like saying one person from each sex, or one from Good, and one from Evil. And what would prevent the evil from controlling both of them?

            I'm really confused these days at age 82 (and a half), and it's getting worse. Now I'm trying to figure out if I was good or evil for going and for fighting in Vietnam. Some punk told me the other day I was "stupid" for going. It was okay though because I wasn't armed that day..

              I didn't go but that was just because I wasn't drafted- drew a high number in the lottery.
              I would have gone but I wouldn't if I had known what I know now.
              I was young and in my case ignorant of what was going on, not stupid.
              The truth was hard to find then, too.

    I would have bet both my right and left jewels on him pardoning Hunter as well as all of his family members who are most certainly guilty! More to come in the next 45 days so mark my words. The democrats have no shame about outright lying! Trump should follow suit. He claims he will not go after any of them but it will not hurt my feelings if he is also lying and hangs them all.

      I am getting my hands on the data from MI.
      I got a recent copy, but it lacked Novembers results. LMAO. Apparently the books don't cook themselves!

      Anyways, my intention is to FIND everyone who ONLY voted in 2020 in MI (by subtracting them off if the voted after, or in the 2-3 elections before).

      Then I am going to do various analysis, like "Address Validation", "same day registration", etc.

      wouldn't it be FUNNY to find some HUGE number of those voters are same day registered with FAKE addresses. Then, if I can show a big percentage, I plan to partner with one of the groups to FOIA the complete voter details, and have them run through the Government Social Security Validator.

      The NULL Hypothesis is this. They mailed out ballots to everyone. Many people who were stuck in their homes, and never voted Before/After decided "Why Not", and voted. That would mean they had been registered to vote, and never did.

      That would be fine. It would show nothing truly fishy. But since we know over 100% of people registered to vote BEFORE the election voted. We know something fishy likely happened.

      I will keep you guys posted.

    TBH, I am torn on this. We all KNOW how corrupt the Bidens were. But that's only 1/2 of the country. The other half is willfully ignorant, and would have (and did) perceive any attacks as unfounded.
    These uneducated people (my brother among them), think the laptop was fake.

    I love the comment that he only had the gun for 15 days. Why? Because the POLICE TOOK IT? As if that matters?

    So, there is a lot to be angry about. BUT if I were given a choice to send him to jail (with the politics that would come back at us), or we GUT the government. I prefer the latter.

    Also, they set a precedent here. And this clears the way for J6-ers and many many others.

    Now, Mayorkas, et al. Fired, Charged, Jailed. Also, new rule:
    "I don't remember" for key facts is grounds for TERMINATION WITH PREJUDICE, and loss of all government retirement, access, and future work.

      Jan 7th, 2025 - 1,000 Jan 6th "villains" pardoned!

      2,200 DC FBI agents deployed to the country to work, rather than play politics. 1,500 quit...
      Same for the park service, and every other service. Clean house in DC. If they can't be fired, their jobs can move to where there is something to do!

        This method was purportedly used at Ken Olson's Digital Equipment Corporation during the time that they had a policy of "no layoffs." That policy seemed like a good idea except when a manager had to get rid of a bunch of total non-performers. It was known as "the turkey farm." Not an actual place but supposedly if you were one of the turkeys you found that you (still on salary) had been given an office, a phone, and a subscription to the WSJ. No work assignment at all. Nothing to do except to try to find actual work elsewhere. Turkey farm.

        Government turkeys should be assigned to help with global warming by counting the clouds in Nebraska or Wyoming.

    The Biden crime family, IMHO, isn't the only reason Hunter got a pardon. Imagine Hunter on a witness stand getting grilled about a universe of criminals and traitors. Maybe we would finally know why the Chinese balloon made it west to east across the whole country along with a litany of other treasonous activity for money. Side note: I believe Clinton pardoned Chinese questionables as well.

    Take the current admin bureaucrats to Gitmo for a brief vacation.
    Extract the evidence against traitors using required methods.
    Arrest all the traitors using military police and conduct trials for treason.
    Seize all assets of the guilty and execute them.
    That should easily take care of the traitor Buydem and the rest of the crime family, leaving the son on his own to commit suicide.
