July11th sentencing

Despite the results of the debate a discussion on what will/can happen relating to a jail sentence based on our current nonobjective justice system. What do people rationally expect to happen and what can be done ?

Although some kind of revolution would seem to be in the works if Trump gets jail time, I predict it won't happen any time soon. America still has a ways to go before it blows itself up. The Republican wing of the Uniparty doesn't have the equivalent of Antifa or BLM or other commie groups that burn and loot. Sure, there are some militias and survivalist groups, but I figure they will be hunkered down waiting for the fight to come to them and not be outwardly aggressive.

  I'm more concerned with the feds cracking down on "dissedents" than I am about militia starting a shooting war. The shooting, when it starts (already has in some places...) will be the feds putting down opposition; whether the opps have arms and shoot back or not will not matter. We already have targets on our backs.

    I have similar concerns with the Feds already cracking down on the opposition with the hunting down of the Jan 6 protesters and lawfare being waged against Trump and anyone associated with him - and the country basically just sails along one day after another.

In Donald Trump style, he don’t file an appeal and calls their bluff. They must sentence, it will be incarceration, home restriction or probation. Something tells me that these idiots will incarcerate him, and all hell will break loose. An appeal and subsequent self-pardon is bad news for Trump and provides ample opportunity to paint him as a dictator.
They truly couldn’t incarcerate the winning candidate but then again, maybe this is why they built the incarceration camps for the rest of us?

      and if you do not have 223 / 556 already, consider 300 Blackout
      
      220 grain subsonic for night
      the heavier bullets (110 on up) have less of a tendency to bounce of grass, twigs than 223
      
      same mags can be used as for 223 / 556
      
      300 blackout has the same energy as the 7.62X39 used in the AK-47
      
      the ammo does cost a little more than 223 / 556

      get a spare bolt assembly and spares for the bolt, that is the part that has issues the most
      
      swap out the bolt, fix the broken one after you due with the issue

A 78 year old defendant with a low level non violent felony conviction with no priors is unlikely to receive anything other than a probation sentence.

Maybe the Dems are thinking along these lines: If we can't win with Biden, then the next best thing would be to stop Trump from winning. If they offer Trump a choice of dropping out of the race for no jail time, then both conventions would be open to nominating two new candidates.

That scenario would give them the best chance for retaining the White House.

      "Dangerous" would be a far better definition. For example, what birdbrains~~even those with buzzard brains~~would still be all in for wide open borders with news of American women and even little girls getting raped and murdered by illegal aliens in the news every time you turn around?
      How could that be acceptable collateral damage even to a political party hungry to invent enough new voters to inflict one party rule?

        Dems think they are so special for better than anyone else that they for an unrelated cause demonstrate by blocking highways and access to airports, get on other people's lawns if not in their faces, pull down monuments, deface famous works or art and spray paint glass covering our US Constitution.
