‘J6 Granny’ Slapped With Bitter Sentence - The Judge Who Imposed the sentence is a traitor (one of many) deserving of the most severe and painful sentence possible for that crime.

Excerpt:
"On January 6, 2021, personal friend, grandmother, and engaged civil servant in her hometown of Santa Ynez, Calif., Karen Jones was essentially, if you’ll excuse what has become a cliché, a tourist — a nonviolent, by the admission of the court, American visiting the Capitol she helps pay for via taxes.

The cops, emissaries of state, even granted her permission that day to enter the building, which she mistakenly took as permission to enter the building, an error she is now going to pay for with three years of probation, thousands of dollars in fines, and other draconian terms she must abide by or risk being tossed into prison.
...
After pleading guilty to a single MISDEMEANOR of Entering or Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds with an otherwise unblemished criminal history, she must also, per court decree:

Give up firearms
Wear an ankle monitor on house arrest
Not enter D.C. without prior permission
Get permission from the probation officer to live anywhere
Welcome the probation officer into her home at any time for any reason, who is authorized to take any “prohibited” items
On the other hand, Ray Epps — who many believe is an intelligence asset — is on camera inciting violence multiple times at the Capitol on that day, yet he got a year of probation. Indeed, it was only after massive political pressure exerted by Republicans that he was prosecuted at all, which, despite the evidence in the public domain, the government seemed disinterested in pursuing. "
----------------------------------------------------
D.C. is UTTERLY CORRUPT and can't be reformed. NIFO.
It's the only way to recover our freedom.
The only way.

This is truly sickening and corrupt. Totalitarian one-party rule gone out of control. If elected, Trump really needs to clean house!

I think this is one of their biggest fears, That he will do to them the exact same thing they've been trying for years to do to him. And if that should come to pass, please God, let me be on at least one of those juries..

It has been said: "America can never be taken from without, only from within"
We are being taken from within
If the rule of law is randomly and illegally applied to only selected groups (those who love the Constitution, our Republic and the Holy Bible), we have without doubt become a lawless nation.
Our Founding Fathers are spinning in their graves.
We stand at the crossroads we have dreaded all our lives.
"None Dare Call It Treason" -John A. Stormer
      Here we are, kids.

All things J6 are a sickening set-up starting with Pelosi turning down Trump's offer of protecting the Capitol building with the National Guard.
The primary goal was and still is to assure Trump could never worry the Deep State ever again by succeeding to run running for president.
That detestable goal was reinforced by all that lawfare persecution and at least two of three assassination attempts the dino suspects top officials of the Secret Service tried to at least encourage with some staged bumbling.
Now if Trump can also, also, also beat the cheat with an overwhelming landslide, such a victory over such an infestation of sheer evil would be indeed be something to big time celebrate.

I'd never go within 1000 miles of anything that might be misconstrued as an "insurrection". I was thinking about this the other day. I have two friends who've been raided by the feds. Let me tell you...you don't want that. Ever. Odd thing is that both of these guys are very peaceful, salt-of-the-earth guys. They'd never hurt a fly. One was related to J6. The other was a victim of a disgruntled past employer who called them in out of spite on made-up charges. The feds don't play around. As I tell my kids' friends..."stay out of the system".

Being frightened into submission won't stop this, Abaco.
They tried to murder Trump, and what did he say as he was leaving? Fight.

I understand. One of my buddies was taking a shower when they raided his house. He opened his eyes to see the barrel of a gun in his face as he was trying to wash the shampoo out of his hair. If that doesn't frighten you you've got ice in your veins. They could have easily pulled the trigger and this guy would have been another "Nazi in Idaho". I'll not go into the rest of his experience. But, it's not good. I'm just as brave as anybody when it comes to my family. But, you have to pick your battles. You could get your head blown off for a misunderstanding with a weaponized, compartmentalized unhinged guy with a gun and a costume. On a related note - I just heard that they aren't releasing inmates when their sentences are fully served - if they're patriots. One is very high-profile. These people mean business.

I'm curious to see what happens if/when a Kamala administration tries to institute a mandatory mRNA vaccine program. Oh...they'll probably push states or the CDC to do it for kids (California already has...those sheep). Or, maybe they'll ration and lockdown once military actions on the other side of the world escalate (they will) and we'll see how that goes. There's a lot of fatigue and reluctance for these programs now. But, they love them. Where I live there will probably be mass non-compliance. Peaceful. But, just, "Eh...I don't think so..."

"First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."

Just sayin' I'd rather be shot, than live in chains.

There are tens of millions of my persuasion who feel the same.
The Deep State is fully aware of this fact, and they are rightfully scared.

The establishment is just trying to scare future revolutionaries from opposing the leftist policies. Armed revolution would be a very stupid way to overthrow the current deep state. Electing Trump would be a far better way to voice disapproval with the left (which is why the left HATES him vehemently). Passive resistance is a far more effective way moving forward. Forget armed revolution.

True, if a large majority oppose vehemently the anti-American, genocidal,
and war-monger policies that have been the norm for the past 35 years.
We have not seen anything like that level of opposition.
Until we do, very little will change in terms of the bloated, tyrannical fedgov.
imo, eventually active armed opposition will be necessary and if that
doesn't happen soon, American liberty is doomed.

Yes, I agree totally. The USA will continually decline under leftist control (which is what they want so they can exert more control over the people). At some point, there will be a revolution, hopefully a passive one that will make it impossible for the left to maintain that control. I tend to think that the scenario in AS is whats going to happen eventually. I will be gone long before that, however. With trump we would get 4 more years of a slowing of the left takeover.

I believe, term, it is more about internationalism vs. nationalism. Once the U.S. collapses, then it can be 'reborn' so to speak, under an internationalist format. These internationalists attempted to keep the RF from being influential, and China is in their cross hairs, too. The Middle East and North Africa, whose 'Arab Spring' was actually instigated by America for that very reason. I might have let H.Clinton's role pass, but for her excuse in Congress: What difference, AT THIS POINT, does it make?

Given that leftistism is really a search for POWER, I wonder about internationalism vs nationalism. Wouldnt it be harder for an individual to gain power if he/she had to compete with everyone in the world to achieve that?

Power and control, exactly. And Leftist demagoguery is the best way to obtain control in a democracy. And once that happens...

Let's go to the Soviet Union to see what happens when communism takes over. Granted, Stalin, being the paranoid unstable personality that he was, PERHAPS is not representative. (But could a less paranoid and unstable personality have reached his office?) At any rate, what I see happening is that the officials in the Politburo were selected for psychopathy. Not intentionally; but that is what will happen. In fact, I think Stalin is said to have spoken of them as "The better slayer".

I would conclude that internationally as well as nationally, competition of that sort results always in psychopathic bureaucrats, and worse.

I am pretty sure it takes a felony or domestic violence conviction to force removal of all firearms.

That might be true if the JustUS Dept. actually upheld the law without political bias.
They don't, and they have been murdering and imprisoning people who legally disagreed
with the fedgov tyranny at least since Waco and Ruby Ridge (and probably longer than that.)

        It's been much longer, Freedom.

Francis Key Howard (Francis Scott Key's grandson) wrote a book called "Fourteen Months in American Bastiles".

Mr. Howard was a newspaper editor/journalist at the time of the Civil War. He (rightly) didn't like the extreme measures being taken by Lincoln and Seward, and wrote about it.

Late one night, soldiers dragged him out of his house, and tossed him in a military prison, without benefit of counsel or any of his civil rights as an American. He languished in that awful place for 14 months.

There's a particularly sad passage that gets me every time:

"When I looked out in the morning, I could not help being struck by an odd and not pleasant coincidence. On that day forty-seven years before my grandfather, Mr. Francis Scott Key, then prisoner on a British ship, had witnessed the bombardment of Fort McHenry. When on the following morning the hostile fleet drew off, defeated, he wrote the song so long popular throughout the country, "The Star-Spangled Banner". As I stood upon the very scene of that conflict, I could not but contrast my position with his, forty-seven years before. The flag which he had then so proudly hailed, I saw waving at the same place over the victims of as vulgar and brutal a despotism as modern times have witnessed."

On a completely different subject- I noticed more and more young people are getting electric scooters (cant afford cars now). Isnt this really that we are going backwards in terms of standard of living- like the left is promoting? A scooter is definitely not a good idea when mixed with cars and intersections, and its a loser when its hot or cold or raining or windy. This reminds me of the gradual retrenchment of the society asp ortrayed in AS. Would make a good subject for discussion here I bet

It never ceases to amaze me that the J6 defense lawyers haven't told the judge that it's impossible to trespass on one's own property and that NO ONE IN WASHINGTON, DC has a "right" to keep taxpayers out of a place that they own.

Meanwhile, the attrocities committed in summer 2020 (and those yet-to-be prosecuted for destroying private property) stand in stark contrast to the J6 protest (and the fierce blowback) held only 6 months later.

The defense lawyers are officers of the court and must consent to the injustice or lose their source of income.
I couldn't agree more that the injustice and political prosecution (or lack of) is widespread - and treasonous.
