There is now very little doubt that Covid leaked from a lab [and "scientist experts" want to pretend it never happened.]

Excerpt:
"What was the worst industrial accident in history? Bhopal in India, where in 1984, at least 25,000 people died as a result of a leak of methyl isocyanate from a pesticide plant? No, if – as most people who have examined the evidence now believe – the Covid pandemic began as a result of a laboratory leak, then what happened in Wuhan, China was worse than a thousand Bhopals. It killed around 28million people – and was by far the most lethal industrial or scientific accident that has ever occurred.

Yet the silence of members of the scientific establishment about even the possibility of a laboratory leak in Wuhan is deafening. They refuse to debate it – quite literally. The World Health Organisation studiously avoids talking about it. I tried to get the Royal Society to organise a debate: it’s not a suitable topic for discussion, it replied. I tried the Academy of Medical Sciences, of which I am a fellow: too controversial, it said. A former president of the Royal Society told me he hopes we never find out what happened, lest it annoy the Chinese. Would he have said the same about Bhopal, I wondered, or a plane crash?

Earlier this year, I was approached by Open to Debate, an online debating forum, to propose the motion that Covid probably began with a lab accident. I quickly agreed. The organiser then asked more than 30 scientists, journalists and politicians to oppose me, including some who have vocally argued that it cannot possibly have come from a lab. They all said no, sometimes with a barrage of insults about me. Finally, a Nobel-prize winning immunologist in Australia agreed. But two weeks later, he pulled out."

it was likely worse than a mere accident

it was likely done on purpose, with the "accident" the backup story to the "wet market" lie

Material from World Economic Forum suggests that the pandemic was a test run for evaluating how much the public will put up with in the way of restrictions- movement, speech, masking ..

      So, the question is between
      1) It was a leak from the lab, or
      2) It was leaked by the lab.

To back your post, Lucky, here is the article. If this has already been posted in its entirety by a fellow Gulcher, please accept my apology for repeating what you've already told us. But if not, it's well worth a read.

        From the article:

The first of three “developments” that the WEF says must be in place before the world can evolve into its utopian vision of “smart and sustainable cities,” is compliance with restrictions on our freedom. It writes:

        1. COVID-19 was the test of social responsibility – A huge number of unimaginable restrictions for public health were adopted by billions of citizens across the world. There were numerous examples globally of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, mass vaccinations and acceptance of contact-tracing applications for public health, which demonstrated the core of individual social responsibility.

They were testing us. That’s what Covid was all about. They wanted to see how many of us would give up our individual freedom and individual sovereignty by complying with a “new normal” that consisted of restrictions bordering on the absurd. Why, for instance was it “safe” to shop at Lowe’s or Home Depot but unsafe to shop at a small business or attend church? Why was it OK to go to strip clubs in Michigan but you couldn’t buy seeds for a garden?

What the WEF is implying with its above statement is that in order to be “sustainable,” people and societies will need to be compliant with a new more authoritarian global order. Don’t ask questions. Don’t resort to logic. Just obey."

Good article. The "scientists" of Nazi Germany were (are) not the only evil scientists on the planet. There are certain roads of research that never should be explored and "gain of function" added to deadly viruses and diseases is one of them.

I am no scientist. All I can do is look at how many people in my large circle of family, friends and aquaintances got the shot verses how many didn't, and how many (after nearly 4 years) are still getting/spreading the C. The answer is ALL of the shot takers get the C, over and over again, and ALL are capable of spreading it. The non-shot group (includes me, plus maybe a dozen others-not sure about 2) have not had the C, therefore are probably not spreading it. That was no accidental release.

This in itself is terrible and criminal, both the act and the cover up. HOWEVER, consider the stakes beyond China's losing face and some scientists losing work.

The welcome manipulation of the free countries by China is undoubtedly far more pervasive than COVID! They are persecuting and assaulting Chinese people in the US, another piece of evidence. There can be NO DOUBT the Chinese want Camel-uh. None. What lengths have they gone to to affect this? This is the investigation the House should be conducting, right now. Of course the rest of Government will not go along.

Agreed, China is moving worldwide to control people, politics, and resources, j
ust like every colonizing conqueror in the past (and just as the US has done
      for the past 160 years.)

I couldn't find this link yesterday, but it comments on China's role in Africa.
      https://internationalman.com/articles...
"We’re seeing a veritable recolonization of Africa. Each time I visit Africa, there are more Chinese. They’re everywhere.

Rich Chinese are smart to diversify to developed Western countries. Poor Chinese go to backward countries to try to become wealthy. Africa is the prime recipient.

It’s supposedly official Chinese policy to migrate about 300 million Chinese to Africa in the years to come. They’re employed in building roads, railroads, ports, mines, and other infrastructure, partially driven by the Belt and Road Initiative.

The Chinese are also lending billions to African governments. African governments are, by an order of magnitude, the most corrupt in the world. And the people who run these African governments are being well compensated for making deals with the Chinese. These governments are full of people trying to be “Mister 10%.”

They want to retire as centimillionaires, living high off the hog in France or Switzerland. It’s a fairly unstoppable trend.

Regardless of how much is stolen, however, I expect the Chinese are going to want the money they loaned to the Africans back, with interest. If bribing or intimidating political leaders proves ineffective in getting it back, it’s possible that they’ll put soldiers’ boots on the ground. They could send in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to defend their assets. Or send in assassins to take out recalcitrant African politicians.

I wouldn’t be surprised to find the PLA in Africa in the years to come, physically collecting on those debts. And to make it easier, they’ll be greeted by lots of Chinese already there.

It will be interesting to see what happens when a couple hundred million Chinese, who will control the economy, are living with a radically expanding native African population.

If the Africans were unhappy with European colonization, I think they’re going to be very, very unhappy with the Chinese colonization. "
