- 1Posted by LibertyBelle 8 months agoIs it possible that a change of venue would make a trial of Trump more likely to be fair? I don't say that it would, but I have wondered about it a little bit.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
- 1Posted by mccannon01 8 months agoThe short answer is yes. Consider the Manhattan venue voting record was 87/13 Democrat to Republican, where some Republicans there were "never Trumpers", so seating a neutral jury is virtually impossible - Trump is screwed just by the numbers. If the venue were moved to Miami where the voting record is closer to 50/50 a chance of a fair trial is more likely. Consider also in Manhattan the entire court system is run by Democrats - Trump is screwed in that Soviet territory. He stands about as much chance there as a homosexual pleading a case to Hamas.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|

- 1Posted by $ 25n56il4 8 months agoI've served on three Grand Juries and several petit juries even a jury considering a Capital crime death of a police officer. My husband and nephew were both peace officers...Lt Sheriff's Office and Federal Marshall...I was picked with everyone knowing this. I think the questions of Mr. Trump's jury was too intrusive. nbMark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
