I've seen pink ones and blues ones and oh yes, black ones too.
For every 1,000 toilets my dad installed, maybe a handful opted for a color. And black was a common collar for fancy (read expensive) bathrooms.
White is cheap and in stock.

So it's no supremacist conspiracy theory that porcelain is white.
I just saw the conservative team, the Hodgson Twins, explore a video where a black woman plainly states that toilets, computers, cars and many other technologies came from African blacks.
She didn't reference any particular sources (though I think someone's taking Black Panther and Wakanda Forever a little too seriously), for her statements, but facts aren't really necessary in our enlightened age.

Living in a smaller community can be a good thing (Sierra Vista, Arizona has a population of 45k).
Gangs of them, if they do roam, will have strength in numbers; however, they are a highly dynamic bunch and can turn on each other in a heartbeat due to their lack of propriety / loyalty.
Desperate people do desperate things -- however, they are usually not very smart when acting in desperation. Consider a shot fired in desperation when compared to that of an individual property owner that actually places value on their own life, that of their family and has a solid concept of the future.
There are counter "gangs" -- or rather, groups of individuals that do own property and respect private property. An example -- I was at a good friend's home for his birthday -- there were 25 others at the shindig - each of the individuals, from age 7 to 70+ owned one or more firearms and had a level of proficiency - the 7 year old showed me a video where he was out on the range knocking the gongs from 400 yards. Everyone at that shindig owned property and had a high level of self-worth. If we get some SHTF rolling our way, we have some plans to preserve our way of life.
* The SHTF scenarios would likely take place over an extended time and roll over geographic areas -- so the property owners will get a whiff of trouble before it happens and have some time to get ready.
Long story short -- I am on the same page in terms of being aware during the coming chaos... and just as important -- to keep my alliances with like-minded individuals on the front burner.
It allows anyone to reveal their own complete ignorance and utter stupidity about everything.
