Guy was driving faster than 90 mph, wouldn’t cooperate w cop after pull-over, assaulted cop, wouldn’t stop fighting when tased, batoned—finally shot. Unlike headline, if anything, story details lead one to question circumstances of “exoneration” from armed robbery conviction.
