  Thanks, OUC. The problem is I've been seeing articles similar to this for decades and still nothing brought out. The first thing I noticed in the first paragraph was additional taxpayer funded alphabet soup agencies I've never heard of before are mentioned. Agencies spewing a line but offering nothing solid pop up like weeds in my garden. Is this a "here we go again?"
