M.J. Peterson takes on Teachers' Union (AFT) Pres Weingarten's plea for "amnesty" w slashing parody

Not a fan of Twitter, I take my hat off to Peterson for this brilliant rebut by parody to Weingarten's public appeal that no one be held accountable for errors made back in 2020:

"Hey I'm sorry we scared the hell out of you & lied for years & persecuted & censored anyone who disagreed but there was an election going on & we really wanted to beat Donald Trump so it was important to radically politicize the science even if it destroyed your children's lives."

    The damage they have perpetrated on children from an educational, developmental and mental health aspect will take years to overcome. It is completely unforgiveable. They are still taking out the doctors who have disagreed ad were willing to speak out !

    IMHO, teachers unions aren't about education or students. They are about muscle and might to make themselves more powerful and somehow relevant. Slapping around kids and parents is just a means to an end for themselves.

      Any organization that protects pedophiles has lost its right to exist.
      When I was in school, that's exactly what they did. The pedophile teachers weren't fired, just moved to different schools.

        "...just moved to different schools." Or removed from the classroom and placed in a type of detention in the teachers lounge where they can watch TV all day and still get paid by us taxpayers - when they should be in jail or set to underground permanent rest.

    No way! The teachers' unions were complicit in the fiasco that took place, their demands made learning impossible under the conditions they set forth. This is especially grievous because they continued to insist on things that were found to be useless in controlling COVID!

    Odd. Suddenly we are hearing all about how we should be soooo forgiving of those who chose to keep us locked down, but I have yet to hear those same people talk about forgiving the Jan 6 protesters.
