It is a complete misnomer to refer to the Democrat party as the 'Democratic' party. There is nothing democratic about them. They've gone rogue. They have been romanced by Socialism (Three Men In A Boat...Lenin, Marx, and Stalin) less we forget. Socialist has never and will not work. It's a repeated failure and to keep trying it is insanity. It is abundantly clear Biden has embraced the idea. Long ago he was brainwashed by Obama. He is a fellow traveler.

Throughout all this, I can't help but think of Svengali and Trilby or the Manchurian Candidate. In each case, the dupe is Joe Biden and the manipulator is Jill Biden. What wife, who supposedly loves her husband, would allow him to be seen in such a light unless she were engaged to destroy the US behind the scenes? I, again, am reminded of the 'Advise and Consent' series written by Allen Drury in which other forces subverted the political process to the detriment of the US. Only with the last book, 'The Promise of Joy', was there any hope we would see a "happy" ending.

  Arriving late at this party to comment. The Drury series was and is an amazing chronicle of just what has happened here, and more importantly, how. Unfortunately and honestly, that last book doesn't guarantee joy, but instead warns that the swamp is still there, still submerged and waiting for the next opportunity. Something we had all better remember when and if we regain the playing field. Having finished Atlas Shrugged for the nth time (and still enjoying it) I am about to read the Drury series again, including both endings. Come Nineveh, Come Tyre is downright terrifying as I watch it happening right now.
