      Actually, 1/4 acre is plenty big for a 2000 sq ft home. Lots in my area only 1/8 acre that still fit a home that size. Speaking of which, let's double the density. Even after adding roads you could still probably get 150 full homes there. Figure 4 people to a home (low end) and you're talking 600 formerly-underprivileged aliens...

        I could not stand to live that close to my neighbors...being that close has to create a lot of tension...certainly not enough breathing room for me.
        Think about it, people in the cities are crazy...maybe because they live on top of one another?
