Alexander Dugin is correct in his latest insights that Russia is more traditionally Western than the United States. America is an entirely different globalist civilization that has broken with its roots in ancient Greece, Rome, Medieval Christian Europe. Don't blame the Dems, or the media, or universities, or Hollywood, or the Reps; this is now a deeply ingrained trait of Americanism. I objected to Putin's older view that America was the culmination of the West's inherent cultural dispositions, and that Russia was a totally different civilization. His assessment now is indisputable:

Can't play the telegram thing. Before I say what I really want to say let me say Putin is no angel. The Russians historically haven't been angels. Now let me say it seems historically the only people that gave a crap about Russians are other Russians. So, for 8 years Ukraine has been treating their Russian population like sh-t. So, other Russians under Putin said, "No more!". And here we are.
