Lost Another to Covid
I got a call late last night. Woke me up. A long-time close friend of mine had just died from Covid. This guy was a great guy. Dedicated family man. Father of three - the youngest being only a year old. He was a very heavy-set guy. 6'4", about 330 or more. He worked in aerospace enginering but had a degree in history. Very interesting conversations over the years with him. For many years we brewed beer together, played a lot of bad golf, and shared many adult beverages. I really loved this guy.
I mention it here because I'm curious if, at this point, anybody else here is fed up with China. Lost my dad. Now my buddy. We got Fauci and the President Beady-Eyed Sock Puppet running cover for them. The cost is un-f*&ing real at this point. I seem to have had a front-row seat to watching the world unvravel the past couple years. I'm gonna keep charging ahead and keep fighting. But, these things don't discourage me...only make me less docile. If we had handled China in an appropriate manner perhaps this wouldn't have been so bad. All the media was saying while Trump was starting to deal with this was "testing, testing, we need more testing". They should have been asking us to crop dust China with bleach. The place, based on what I've seen in my work, is the toilet of humanity. It's time humanity address this issue of every massive pandemic starting there. They don't have p-traps in a lot of their plumbing. They sit in the blood and guts when they slaughter chickens. People spit all over the place. Their public toilets are nightmarish. Hell - the Tianamen Square protestor I worked with at Boeing in 1990 (political asylum grandted by Bush 1) said they were still eating people there back then. Just a total shite-hole. Half a peg above N. Korea. And we cowtow to them. We do this to our own demise, it seems.

We should have listened to McArthur at the end of WWII. 80 years later, we are dealing with what he knew we could fix right then. Two more wars after, and then preferred trading partner, we will have more than we can handle in under two decades.
I'd be very careful about lionizing MacArthur, however. He was a WW II-era version of McClellan during the Civil War except that where McClellan was hamstrung because of his tentativeness in war, MacArthur was very much a "damn the torpedoes full speed ahead!" type who's cavalier attitude pressed for premature attacks and wasted lives so he could claim victory. He was very much a political blowhard all for that photo op of him wading up to the beach to his beloved Phillippines.
That being said, MacArthur and Patton both had it right when they characterized the Russians as just another version of Hitler. Unfortunately, with Churchill getting tossed out in favor of Atlee and Roosevelt's death bringing an unprepared Truman in, there was no one with any intestinal fortitude to check Stalin as he took over Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and the other nations which would eventually be consolidated into the tyranny of the Eastern Bloc or USSR.
Then it was the evil, power-hungry, murdering leaders in Russia, just as it has been in America for the past 100+ years.
MacArthur led the attack on the 'Bonus Army' in Washington DC and deserved court martial
and execution for that act, just as many of the current administration deserve trial and
execution for treason for their more recent actions.
DC is beyond salvage. Scuttle it.
We should be allies, but our 'leaders' need to have us in fear and dependence on them.

Remember when twitsville blocked his hateful comments, stating that the test at 40 cycles will detect a wholly mammoth if you search for it and will show way to many false positives. The scientist obviously doesnāt ātrust the true scienceā (what comes out of Fauciās mouth). Any idiot should know you h@ve to wait till a five year old tells you the tests are bullshit. Oh like the FDA has recently admitted. ( I wonder if my 5 year old granddaughter could direct the FDA or CDC or WHO) She is a lot sharper than the Fauckhead and can manipulate me like no one has before.

Also the new pier can dock Two aircraft carriers or a couple of famous hospital ships that can easily be converted to prison ships can now fit.
I do feel compelled to say that, as much as I am no fan of China, they will do to us what we allow. We have enemies of freedom right here within the United States -- Fauci springs immediately to mind -- who have funneled money and power to the ChiComs at every opportunity. It's the idiots in our own country whose loyalties and ideals are misplaced who do the most damage in my opinion.
I wish the blame for the ills of our nation fell conveniently within one nation's borders but, in the case of this current nightmare, I blame our own home-grown idiots as well as the countries who mean us harm.
My family and I have been very lucky and I'm grateful for that. I hope you and your family will come through the rest of this nightmare with no further losses. I always appreciate your posts here.

We have a potentially civilization ending problem on our hands with this Gain-of-Function" research going on, not just in China, but all over the world. No less than 500 universities in the USA are being funded to do bits and pieces of this deadly work. But when it all comes together they ship it off to Wuhan to do the most dangerous part of final process. As do most other nation-states.
Just to give you an idea of the perilous state of our existence. Ebola, Marberg, HIV, SARS, MERS, Lyme are all "novel". The Russians have weaponized an unnamed virus they claim to have a 100% kill rate.
What we really need to be asking is why in Gods name are we allowing these weapons to be developed in the first place? The 40-year lie Fauci has been pushing: to prepare for a pandemic was dismal failure, if we were to believe him (I don't) He was and is being paid to develop weapons of mass death. Unlike a nuclear bomb, the damage is not limited to some set parameter. Thanks to jet air-travel a deadly pathogen can circle the globe in days.
Regarding the c-virus we really should call it the Fauci virus. He transferred the research to Wuhan and gave them our tax dollars to help with gain of function research.
There is plenty of criminal behavior to go around here, we need to start here first. Let the law suit and indictments begin.
