Just found in my email, I wonder if those gaps are to be filled in or have another purpose. That only other purpose that springs to mind would be shooting stations for military riflemen and machine gun nests.
Would that have anything to do with something else me dino read in my email today? Such as Biden's popularity slipping from the thirties to the twenties.

A security protocol was "open" on the City website and general public could access the "memo".
Funny that [Jan] (Monday, 17th) is "Discussion with Common Council", [Feb] is "Request for creation of Committee" and [March] is "First meeting of Committee". Really interesting is that the"Committee" has been selected in Dec. 2021.
"The [Committee] members have lived experience in identifying as belonging to under-resourced, under-represented, and/or marginalized communities". All 12 pre-selected members are City employees, and therefore, potentially, subject to influence by the Mayor. Poor marginalized folks.
