Who Watches the Watchmen? - Fauci's 'noble lie,' exposed

Much of this is very dense technical material. Please help clarify, those who are familiar and competent with the science.

Excerpt :
"Six months ago, I began my first article on scientific censorship during COVID-19 by introducing Dr. Fauci as a surprise character that had emerged unexpectedly while digging through what was then 83,000 FOIA emails, published by US Right-to-Know over the course of the last year:

[see files related to Ralph Baric, Linda Saif, Rita Colwell, Colorado State/Rocky Mountain National Laboratory & the NCBI; other FOIA releases from Judicial Watch, Buzzfeed & the Washington Post include NIH funding of the WIV & Dr. Fauci's emails]

I've been trying for quite some time to get people to understand the full scope of the Dr. Fauci ‘situation,’ but it’s clear that segments of our national leadership are preventing an honest and open inquiry into his actions because they fear the backlash/collateral damage that will result from the tarnishing of their sacred cow. It's time Americans were told the truth - that the grant money sent to the Wuhan Institute of Virology [WIV] is merely a footnote in this narrative. After all, Dr. Fauci controls nearly $4 billion of annual grant funding for the NIAID, the institute within the NIH he has directed since 1984; over 37 years, more than 50,000 research projects have been supported with more than $50 billion [conservatively] of taxpayer funds have been doled out to them.

It’s reasonable to hold him accountable for the results of his organization’s efforts, but the direct funding received by the WIV for Gain-of-Function (GOF) research represents only a tiny fraction of Fauci’s involvement in enabling risky research - the 2017 repeal of the GOF ban was decided without the consultation of the Trump administration, even though news coverage during the pandemic blamed him for the decision. Neither Fauci nor his boss Francis Collins [the NIH director] bothered to clarify the record, which looks especially disgusting in the wake of persistent rejections of Senator Rand Paul’s assertions [with accompanying evidence] that the NIH ever financially supported such research:

Dr. Fauci’s true legacy

The evidence of his involvement

The questions Congress [and everyone else] should be asking Dr. Fauci

The impact of his efforts"

It really annoys me that people actually listen to Fauci. He should be summarily ignored and fired

I am equally annoyed, term2. Especially since the lefties in my family think he sits on the right hand of God and is a god. They seem to swallow whatever he says with ZERO memory of whatever he said some time before and his science of the moment is the only "truth" they need even if it makes no scientific sense at all.

Personally I think he is a political hack trying to get more attention and money for himself. he gets paid over $400k per year, which should be taken away right NOW.

I agree 100%. Fauci has been a paper shuffling bureaucrat far longer than he ever practiced being a doctor in his initially chosen profession. The politics of position, for him, has definitely overshadowed anything scientific he has to offer. I'm a layman in such matters, but I don't have to be an Einstein to know this guy is singing and dancing for the cameras.

and giving interviews. I ignore him, but it bothers me that a lot of others actually believe him. Maybe he should wear one of those iron masks with the locks on them like they did in middle ages

My no-listen list is: Biden, Harris, Nancy, Chuck, CNN, Fauci, the CDC director, AOC, most of the leftist governors, and probably a lot more. All we can do is try to thwart their agendas until we get a chance to either vote them out or move.

          @Term2
I don’t think we’re “voting” our way out of this.
Since most of us here presumably prescribe to the “Non Aggression Principle” that means voting with our feet. If anyone has any ideas for a Carribean Nation, who’s government is too poor to actually enforce any coercive bullshit, and/or the public officials can be bribed/blackmailed easily. Please let us know.
A local rum producing industry is an added plus.

Given what the democrats did in 2020 with the election, we no longer really have a way to deny the democrat leftists a victory moving forward. So I agree, we cant vote our way out of this.

Starting the new country or gulch thing has a lot of issues in todays world. It would be attacked if it became successful, it would be made to fail unless it was totally self sufficient within its own borders- with no need to trade with anyone (because trade would be restricted by the other statist countries), money transfer would be made illegal between the gulch and other entities.

That leaves hiding in plain sight- like gus did in breaking bad tv series. Appear to fit in, but trade and interact with who you want, and pretty much do what you want, but quietly and "under the radar" as it were.

You have to pay to caesar what he can see and collect, but its about the only way to survive in a militarily powerful statist culture like we have now.

Oftentimes when Hannity says "Take a look" and any of those you've named above appears starts running their yap, me dino will pluck up my remote and check out a channel here, there and elsewhere.
I've gotten pretty good at coming back when "Take a look" goes off.
BUT should I run into a flick I love such as "Red" or "Red 2," I may stick there for a while.

My wife and I know Fauci is a fraud, my wife is an RN and is still working as one and I have had 15 years total in Medical Records. So, we did our own research on the vaccines and settled on the J&J vaccine. Both of us don't trust the government medical establishment. At least Rand Paul really grilled Fauci on Covid and the Wuhan Lab. We were very impressed with the Senator's questioning and seeing Fauci stumble in his denials. The CDC has also lost credibility even though my physician believes their information even though I told her during my Medicare physical that I hated the politicization of it all. She was surprised at my pronouncement.

Who shall guard the guardians. Plato.

At that time the prevailing ethos was that the perfect society was to be run by the wise, those people with much wisdom and a great sense of justice. Sometimes that was the case, and then sometimes it worked. Now Plato, at least saw the problem, that maybe the wisdom and sense of justice in the rulers could be deficient, who would observe, check, and remove transgressors? Plato did not have an answer.

    Neither do we.

The problem is not Fauci, Fauci is one example of the problem.

Democracy and disclosure are important but not the solution, as comments here from term2 and mccannon etc show.

Look farther afield for your answer. In my experience with our government, something is there but it is well hidden who will actually benefit and is pushing this whole scenario. And you may be surprised when you finally learn the truth. N
