Welcome, CanyonMan1 - Michael! This Gulch was formed originally to promote and discuss the Atlas Shrugged movie trilogy and anything Ayn Rand. Those topics are still a focus, but you will find most of the contemporary subjects are politics of the day with some science and general philosophy.

Since I live in a deep blue city I am always looking out for a good discussion, meetup. I have always lived my beliefs, I quit 1 job when the owner started fudging the data during testing! I told him to his face that he was a shadow of the man I used to know and quit without prospects of another job. I knew I would survive even if it might be rough for awhile.
