Even this is not enough to swing the vote in Michigan to Trump, however.

    It didn't say that the votes were for Biden or Trump either.
    But along with (a) the Republican observers being prevented from observing vote counting and (b) the problem with voting software changing votes, it may be enough to support a Supreme Court call for a recount with proper observation and verification of the ballots.
    That might be enough to change the results.

      Recount wont matter with dirty ballots. A re-vote with no mail in ballots other than verified absentee
      is the only good solution.

        I agree with that to be fair. The expense and elapsed time might make it unlikely though.
        More likely that unverifiable ballots are all thrown out?
        Then there are the reports that Trump voters were handed Sharpie pens that would result in the ballot being rejected, while Biden voters were handed pens that were acceptable.

          If that was the case, they would have been rejected by a human. An optical scanner is fine with a sharpie, but it makes it easy for a human to spot.

              I think the notion of having an unbiased human needs to be abandoned. Instead, shoot for explicitly pairing up the people in an adversarial situation. IN short: get the parties to put forth enough people to have one from each involved in every single manual ballot handling right there together - and disagreed on ballots are not simply counted. Combine that with a top-down high quality video feed live-streamed and archived for auditing purposes. Use full chain-of-custody procedures and rules for ballots, and clear unchanging deadlines. Tight security at all entrances and exits with only those on the list and vetted allowed in. All containers to be opened and examined.

              Basically, treat ballot counting the way casinos treat their money counting rooms. Treat ballots at least as good as the way we track evidence. Anything less and you just leave things open to this problem.

              My take on it is from a practice I derived back in the days of the BBS and tackling the conspiracy theories that abounded for sheer entertainment and honing of faculties: I don't care who or what is in your alleged conspiracy; I care about whether the purported mechanisms allow it to exist. If they do, get rid of them or put pieces in place to minimize their potential.

    Ah, lets REMEMBER that "Dead People Voting" is a SIGN of ballot stuffing. (You have to pick people and mark them as having voted).

    So, lets say that the voter rolls have 2% Dead People.

    10,000 Dead Ballots IMPLIES ROUGHLY 50 TIMES that for stuffed ballots!

    That would be 500,000 Votes...

    Don't forget that you don't CHOOSE dead people, you pick people RANDOMLY that have not voted. This is why monitoring must happen, and the MONITORS MUST BE ALLOWED to see the ballot and the person marked as voting on the computer screen or Log Book!

    Where does 500,000 Votes (roughly) swinging put the race?

    Now, the voter rolls could be 10% dead people, and that would be only 100,000 Ballots stuffed. But you get the point. With large numbers, you have to apply math/statistics!

    True, but Michigan used the Dominion voting machines that "glitched".
    Trump was also in the lead until thousands of ballots mysteriously appeared in the dark of night.
    All for Biden; not one for anyone else.

      Correct, as I said elsewhere in another thread, but even those 6000 from Antrim County don't add up to enough. The fraud is there, but proving it will be difficult.

        However, 47 other Michigan counties used the same software, so I suspect there were a lot more "glitches" that swung many more votes.

          Barr authorized investigations into "substantial allegations" only, and that “specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims should not be a basis for initiating federal inquiries.”

          My interpretation: sham inquiries, no "substantial" findings, no regard to any objective measure of fact or reality.

          I noted that in another thread, too, but often the guilty get away with misdeeds because the evidence is insufficient. What is the burden of proof here? I doubt preponderance of the evidence will be sufficient.

            There have been discussions about "consequences," implying that unless the various substantiated cases of voter fraud show a clear trend toward reversing the presidential or other outcomes, that even the SCOTUS may not act to overturn the current projected results. That would be a huge mistake, because the implications are that cheating to get the election outcome you want is acceptable (whether legal or not). It also would bring Lindsay Graham's prediction into being, that no Republican would ever again be elected to office.

                The cheating is a high tech game, and Republicans are the enemy, as far as the big tech companies are concerned. The only way Republicans can get into that game is to obediently sign up to the big tech socialist agenda, and I don't see how they can get any farther left than the Democrats already are.

    Dead people alone, maybe not. However, what about the machines, Dominion proven to change votes from Trump to Biden, hich software company iwhich does tabulations, is owned by former head ofGeorge Soros Foundation, who is in Biden camp. The machine are in 26 states! Then there were the people who were told they had to use markers to mark ballot, but Dems were given real pens - markers get the ballots thrown out as they do not regisiter in machine. Then there were the freinds who went to vote for Trump, but when they called up their ballots to check, not one of their ballots was registered as being cast! It just goes on and on, and that is without the unvetted ballot drops! Pure felony voterfraud.
