University's Repeal the Law of Identity for Human Flourishing

In reality, all living things grow and eventually rot. In between, they exhibit long lives of purpose. In the case of humanity, if we work at it, lives of meaning. For America’s college and trade school age young people, this is the stage where choices have life-long impact. Yet the diversity and inclusion officers in our universities exist only to accelerate the rotting process, ignoring the genius for human flourishing that lie in the stacks of our libraries.

Today's universities merely throw floating abstract concepts at students. There is no attempt at serious fundamentals for these concepts. Its perfect for students coming out of public schools who were not taught according the hierarchy of conceptualization.

"Yet the diversity and inclusion officers in our universities exist only to accelerate the rotting process,..." and are highly paid to do it, too.

Yes, first - diversity and inclusion are irrational goals; second - its a bureaucracy that exists for the perpetuation of itself; third - these officers merely stir up trouble that doesn't exist do the detriment of everyone individually and collectively.

One of my grandsons recently graduated from a local community college (meaning not only did he have to pay tuition, it is heavily subsidized with taxes I pay) and the leaders of the "Diversity and Inclusion" staff were introduced and received a loud and long applause - except from me, who just sat there quietly. All I could think of was the millions of $ flushed down that toilet and all the support staff and real estate taken up sure must add to the cost of tuition. Strangely, for all the hoopla over "Diversity" and "Inclusion" none of that part of the faculty was a white male. I guess not having one of those on the faculty or staff doesn't apply to diversify or include.
