In the article local resident Richard Monte. stated:
“Down here, voter fraud is not all that unusual,” says Monte, a city planning consultant in a brown suit jacket, sitting with other activists at a table in Coffee Zone on McColl Road. “It’s unusual when they get prosecuted.”
The last phrase of the quote is the most disturbing about the situation to me. Next most disturbing is the comment "... not all that unusual"
I guess thinks haven't changed all that much since "Landslide" Johnson was elected the first time way back.

For another, there "is not all that unusual" business as usual to consider.
Voter harvesting is a well established practice in CA.
What's more, dems here want to make it a nationwide practice. Apparently TX is following suit.
