Trump Administration Pulls $1 Billion for California High-Speed Rail Project

Justice. Hilarity. Karma. LOL.
Besides the understanding that $1bn would never amount to much building at all in the "Golden State", the sweet irony in Gavin Newsom's grimace when he read this news must have been worth every penny pulled.
I suppose that's what happens when you create sanctuary cities and prevent a federal agency from performing the duties for which they are trained and paid.
But it's California; ole Newsom can just go to his favorite sushi restaurant and wash away the pain with a little cold sake.
