So that immediately draws things into question, I don't know enough to know their cultural norms, but NEVER assume they match ours, we do things strangely.
Second, it does NOT matter where you are born, if you are born to a US Citizen, your children are considered citizens. Now, does that make them NATURAL BORN? Not sure.
Finally, the real issue is. If your parents forfeited your citizenship to give you a NEW citizenship (due to exclusivity requirements), does that make you a PERMANENT Non-Citizen, or can YOU reclaim this position?
Because Little BHO was a citizen of another country that I believe did not have dual citizenship allowances. THAT, to me, was the issue. Not that he wasn't born here (unless Natural Born requires that).
But these lawyers make INTRASTATE=INTERSTATE so, there is no wording they could not get around!
