I looked up DUI's in California and my question is, why do they even bother? Now, better not try that in Texas. Know a guy who got 99 years for an accident and they didn't even prove his alcohol level. The police lost the drug test results and Walmart lost the film of the accident scene. The 'investigator' had been with that police department 27 years and only had a 'Basic Certification'. At least in my county we call the State guys if there is a death involved in an accident.
