Stopping anyone that the government does not have a warrant for is a violation of the constitution both state and federal. Letting a dog sniff your car is a search without a warrant. The government claims that because they are stopping everyone and searching them it makes it legal; it does not. The police then absconded with the man's property merely because it was a large amount and that determines that he is a criminal with no charge and no court procedure to allow hearings and presentation of evidence. This is plunder by the state and then the individual has to prove to the states satisfaction in their court that they have no right to take your property. This is not a republic, it is a socialist state where the individual is guilty until he can prove to the state his innocence instead of the state having to prove to its citizens that they are legitimate in their claims. It is dangerous to live here. The government pawns are armed and dangerous and have the 'legitimization' of the kangaroo criminal courts backing their terrorist tactics.

I am not sure about having in your possession that amount of cash. Forfeiture laws are pure evil. I remember a case while living up near Rochester, NY. A guy with one of those big Cigarette speed boats took friends out for a day. The USCG did a safety check and boarded the boat. One of the gals who was a guest on the boat had a small amount of coke in her purse and got busted. They impounded the guys boat and began proceedings for forfeiture on the boat, a $240,000 vessel. I don't remember the outcome or if it has even been settled yet but what complete BS. The last I did hear is the guy had spent a ton on legal proceedings trying to get his boat back.
