3-D printed gun ban extended by judge pending state challenge
Article:
"A judge in Seattle extended a ban on publishing instructions for 3-D printed guns during state litigation over the controversial practice, handing a procedural victory to gun-control advocates. "
Procedural victory? How is the violation of the fist and Second amendments a procedural vixtory.
It violates the first because it does not allow for the distribution of information and the second because of the potential to keep people from owning/buying guns.
I know there are many who don't agree but banning one type of speech makes it a very short step to baning all speech not approved by the government or other authorities (i.e. college administrators).
