As the founder and CEO of a chain of a dozen retail stores, I have found that my understanding of Objectvism has been a great advantage to me in business. I am wracked with none of the self doubt about the virtue of making a profit, and consequently I have had a relatively easy time building my business from the ground up over the last 6 years.

I am wondering how many other Objectivist businessmen are here in the gulch, and whether you were exposed to Rand's writings before going into business or only after.
