I'm educated and around many educated folk, yet I just recently learned about Ayn Rand, which surprises me that I just NOW have heard. I heard VP-candidate Paul Ryan being "smeared" by the the media as being fascinated with Ayn Rand and I had to figure out who this "evil" person was. The more I have read, the more I respect her ideas and works. I watched Part 1 on Netflix and immediately ordered a combo Fountainhead/Atlas Shrugged book pack from Amazon; just started reading Atlas Shrugged.
