There is no persuasive argument to justify this any more than there are for rejecting photo Id. requirements for voting. If you can’t provide a security code your donations should be rejected. If you can’t handle acquiring a voter registration by providing photo Id. then you are not qualified to vote.

And it would take years for this to go to trial. Which should be done regardless of reelection or not. He's a criminal, over and over again, yet people think he's so great...why??!!
