OK, I've officially gone "right-wing crazy"....

I was watching the news regarding Hurricane Sandy's projected impact, the blue areas that will be affected for how long, and thought to myself, "What a perfect opportunity for the President to suspend the election because 'people won't be able to get out to vote'..."

    Nice observation,but...the election is a week away. Those damn storms just come and go as they please. If only we could control the weather. Anyone for a little global warming.

    Though it is due to hit a week before the election, a lot happens in that week. If there are power outages it takes some time to get it back up. There could also be flooding and evacuations in the effected area. If so, many people may not have returned in time to vote. Also, during that week is the time period when they get all the voting machines and procedures ready and the poll staff get training for the big day. If Sandy hits hard this could be a real mess.

            I would say no. You know......its sad that we even suspect foul play with something like this. It shouldn't even come to our minds, yet we do. If such a mind and the people who fly the planes dumping chem trails into the atmosphere to help feed the storm were even possible, which it may be--I'm not sure, then what about all the people in New York, Washington, Baltamore and everywhere else that will lose power because of this storm, will go hungry, lose millions of dollars in property damage, just to delay an election, change the outcome of an election, or even to create more legislation using FEMA to undermine American liberty. Who would even be willing to play such a game if it were possible?

              Someone truly EVIL would be the one to play a game like that (someone who would refuse Americans some help when they're being attacked at an Embassy). (My sister told me a year or so ago that she watched, I think, Conspiracy Theories and they showed how weather could be manipulated. I always meant to look it up, but never did. I've also heard about some weird FEMA/railroad/prison maps that are out there that show how all new prisons (and most of the old ones) are located very close to railroad tracks. One's mind could go wild with the reasoning behind it.
