A book with a strong female character that advocates personal responsibility. I can see why Hillary doesn't like it.

Exactly; and exactly why she is absolutely the wrong woman to be the first for Pres.
She also has to take that stand because of what Rand says about the moochers.
Ironic is Trump's response: he is certainly not an AS hero!

Hillary was a fan of The Fountainhead in high school where she was a 'Goldwater Girl'. She didn't understand it then and still doesn't, but knows she is the opposite. She flipped to the New Left in college in the 1960s as a follower of Saul Alinsky.

That was about the time the goofy Methoodist minister did a number on her. It is also about teh time she was hospitalized for a psychiatric disorder of out of control mania. Which obviously still plagues her, as when she F-bombed the staff after one debate, one aide called her "psychotic" and one network employee actually said she was "manic". She is not a well person and certainly not up to fitting the AS mold of what a person should be. In her works, SHE is "unfit" to be president.

the site for this article is
    www.ncscooper.com
which is a satire site. I would expect the entire
article is made up. The site is full of other "click bait" type articles - and may hold some entertainment.
It tends to have a local flair to it for me, since I am in Nevada County (California), although I have not ran across this site before.

Just finished watching the AS trilogy for the fourth time. Hillary is disturbingly similar to the collectivist villains portrayed in the movies. I can see her sitting with her fellow travelers sipping brandy and deciding to "sacrifice the sickly parts" of the nation for the greater good. HRC is a caricature of herself a roll for which she is well suited.

[Late to the party, but nevertheless...]

        Neither. Instead, Ivy Starnes.
        As described by Jeff Allen,

"She was our Director of Distribution. She was . . . in charge of our needs. . . . [P]etitions of need . . . . had to be recited to her . . . . Her gauge was bootlicking. . . . [H]er eyes glinted when she watched some man who'd talked back to her once . . . getting nothing above basic pittance. . . . 'From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.'
        . . . .
Our agony took four years . . . and it ended the only way it could end: in bankruptcy. . . . She . . . said that the plan had failed because . . . the country had not accepted it . . . and that the plan was a noble ideal, but human nature was not good enough for it."

I'm with the "I doubt she ever read it" group. And I may not be remembering right, but didn't Obama call AS a "good book for naive teenagers, something you grow out of" or something to that effect?

I guess 45 years after reading it, I haven't grown up yet, and never will if that's the standard.

While I put the article as just another political hack piece, I still like the comment about "tripping on her dick". Very apropos...

Hilldarmort (AKA "she who dare not be named") has the people she cheated out of their candidate so thoroughly bamboozled I wonder if some kind of satanic deal was reached. We KNOW that she cheated her way to the nomination...

You forget WHO she is? What she did when her hubby was CiC? I guess people prefer syrupy sweet pabulum covered "BS" to truth and honesty.

I just wonder... how many of her loyal minions, after they wake up from their orgasmatronic hypnosis, will realize that they are as much un-citizens with her at the controls as those unwashed scum who don't fall in line with der fuehrerina...

They like to say, "It's a book of fiction, you know." To that I explain the tradition of how a Russian Jew could write something impactful without going to the gulag. Of course, she was here then. However, there are many, many great impactful works of fiction. They are impactful because they applicable.

    Leftists absolutely hate this book...

Hillary is an evil witch, period. I dont even want to hear what she says, as its all just manipulation and propaganda to get HER power and money at my expense. Too bad a lot of people cant seem to see through her to the REAL HILLARY.

"Boyish fantasy" sounds like a catchphrase given to her by one of her acolytes. It is generic enough to be used for a variety of reasons and I'll bet she has memorized pages full for every situation. One thing for sure, she never read the book.

Hillary hasnt had an original thought since she was born. She is a weathervane that flip flops as the political winds blow

You're right but it goes deeper than that. She is going to try to control the wind itself. For example, if you try to control the law of supply and demand by altering it, you will fail because the law is immutable. That is one of the major fallacies of collectivism. Mohammed learned that when the mountain refused to come to him so he had to go to it. By the time most socialists learn that, the economy is wrecked and they simply must quit the sham and go straight to dictatorship.

I was trying to convey that they use the unworkable promises of Socialism in order keep the morons happy until everything falls apart, but from then on the pretense is over.

Socialist ideologues like Clinton and Obama do believe in collectivism. She didn't try to put over socialized medicine in the 1990s as an 'opportunist'. She wants the political opportunity to impose it.

Their belief in collectivism doesn't mean that they want to live in poverty themselves. They live like royalty because power seekers always do. That doesn't negate their ideology.

Hillary has been a far left progressive and follower of the New Left since she was in college where she befriended Saul Alinsky and wrote a gushing thesis about him. That has been her 'weather vane' ever since. Every public change in position has been to facilitate her original leftist thug goal.

Sure doesn't seem that Paul Ryan pays any attention to what he reads to his kids. At least we know Hillary doesn't believe a word of it. But I think it is disgusting to say we are living it out and then vote for things that further it.

Hildacon isn't worthy of speaking about Atlas Shrugged she is the poster child of a slimey Kakistocrat.
I will consider Ryan an objectivist when he sounds the alarm loud and clear. Warning the people of the attack and destructive actions weakening the constitution and the inner city. Show the negative effect of the collectivism and victimization. Work on eliminating the viscous regulations that put a stranglehold on small to midsize businesses. Prove that the republicans are interested in clean air and water.
Get a message , clean up the corruption and cronyism. Give the hard working Americans a chance to improve their lives. END OBAMACARE.

The fantasy has been playing out in real time ever since Obama took office. We've had businesses consolidated or driven out of of the market place by regulations and taxation, not to mention Democrat and union collusion. If Hillary actually read the book, of which I am skeptical, she must fancy herself os Dagny Taggart whereas she is more like the Leslie Mouch or Dr. Ferris in being toadies to the government edifiace collapsing in on itself while denying that it's happening but are the cause. Having been watching 'Versailles' over the last few weeks, it seems Obama has styled himself after Louis XIV, "L'etat, c'est moi!" He therefore can impose 10-231 on all of us.
