- 1Posted by coaldigger 8 years, 7 months agoA friend of mine used to say "we are eating our heritage". He believed that our forefathers created a huge reservoir of wealth and we were taking out so much more than we were putting in that it would eventually end. I, foolishly, believed that the intellect, drive and spirit was still within us and we would wake up and go back to work. Robert, you were right.
