If you call climate change deniers, the author says that means "you're willing to sacrifice millions of lives of poor people" and his and "anti-capitalist fascist"? So no matter what the evidence shows, he doesn't like the outcome b/c he thinks it leads to "fascism". That would suck if it were true, and fortunately it's not, but it still wouldn't justify making up facts to avoid their undesirable final consequences. If he accept that final consequences fallacy, there's really no point in looking at the evidence.
