4 Stars. 'Tis Government which is designated to make laws and enForce laws. Those PTB also are in an eternal push to re-define Morality for their own purposes.

But while Ayn Rand turned the floodlights strongly on the many who were and remain as the Rulership using it's powers of Force, never do I recall her attacking the Cause, which is GOVERNment itself. Humans generally fail to grasp that basic premise.

By these restraining laws, a government can create the mobs and then be the only way the people can have defense. We have seen this in so many socialist and communist countries and now it sickens me to see it in America. Defend the 2nd Amendment even if you don't want to own a weapon for yourself. Otherwise, only the bad guys will have them. Just sayin'
