Sadly, the developer recently passed away but he built his "John Galt" legacy.
Disclosure: I rent in the area. Will ultimately buy there. Not affiliated with Valle Escondido. Just noting that it has a lot to offer that the proposed Citadel is missing.

They will never be sold out. Home ownership within or outside the walls is not offered:. "Your lease is for life."

And tenants are responsible for the cost of "finishing" all of the interior.

Before gun confiscation occurs in the USA, the manufacture and sale of arms will become illegal. This doesn't mean the Citadel will collapse into financial ruin, at least not as long as they continue to collect rent.
