I'm going to take on the "better safe than sorry later" argument. Life is not a zero sum game. It is not science to postulate that we should DO SOMETHING NOW without having all the facts. what are ALL of your opportunity costs? Is it possible you are making things worse with your "solution?" Your feelings on this issue have no bearing in evidence. Your cites are specious. Agenda driven-not logic and reason and not science. The CO2 debate for one. H2O is a much larger "greenhouse gas" than CO2. all scientific evidence shows that CO2 increases AFTER there is an increase in whole world temperature. Most likely the result of oceans warming due to increase of global temps. CO2 is less soluble in water at higher temps. the Earth climate has changed from hotter to warmer thousands if not millions of times. Not one global warming model can explain changes occurring 10k years ago. they ignore that and bead in on human activity regardless of the overall data. They start with a self fulfilling prophesy and they LIE about the data. Many of these lies have been well documented and discussed on this site

Whether it's man made or not, solve your problems using your voice and reason like an adult. Don't rely on the government to come in with its guns and force people to obey. If your case holds water the free market will make it happen.
