It's always instructive to see who quickly takes the government's side in a dispute with a whistleblower, and what kind of argumentation they deploy.

Some points regarding Mr. Peters' assertions:
    1) The U.S. does not have a security policy at the present time, sorry---- a more correct term would be policy of insecurity. Amazing that it is one of the few powers actually stated to be handled by the federal government , yet one of the many things at which they are abysmal failures.
    2) His comments regarding treason are interesting. While I agree it should be punishable by death, I noticed Mr. Peters did not include any Congress person or President's name in that section. Why not? Aiding and abetting the enemy is the most true form of treason.
Rand was right when she penned, "Reason is not automatic. Those who deny it cannot be conquered by it." Simply look to Washington D.C. for proof.

excellent article. Note how the dissenters resort to nana, nana, boo boo comments as opposed to logic and reason. this particularly hit home:
"Big Brother is not the only danger facing the country. Another is the rising tide of distrust, the corrosive spread of cynicism, the fraying of the social fabric and the rise of people who are so individualistic in their outlook that they have no real understanding of how to knit others together and look after the common good." yes. let's PLEASE look out for the common good. and sacrifice you to it
