The gov't is requiring intermediaries, probably thanks to classic rent seeking from the intermediaries. I wish the gov't would stay out of it.

I'd like to see this from a non-partisan source, too, before I believe it. I lean toward liberal politics, but when it comes to news I want the facts, not things that confirm my worldview.
