I found a copy of the January/February 2016 issue of Discover magazine in the library. On page 3, Chapman University had placed an ad for their school featuring a faculty member described as "An expert in social and environmental determinants of health. Dr. Georgianna Bostean leverages a highly interdisciplinary toolkit to scientifically examine and understand social issues. Her work is a fusion of social responsibility and scholarly ingenuity that brings together diverse areas of science to improve our world. It's science for social good. It's science the Chapman way."

I would feel a lot better if I understood what exactly she does for a living:-)
