    Yes. It appears to be double jeopardy. I understand the charges include terrorism. It's unclear to me how such charges can be made, based on what I've heard about this case. The Feds are going to really crack down hard on this group.

      you will recall the police officers involved in the Rodney Can't we all get along case in LA. They were tried and found not guilty in one court of law then tried again by the federal government using a new charge of civil rights violations. Libby was not touched on the original charges so they came up with a new one knowingly or unknowingly giving conflicting information to a federal agent. However the important change occured New Years Eve.

      Under Obama's Terrorism laws they will be charged with terrorism or suspicion of terrorism or suspicion of supporting terrorism all of which kick an automatic suspension of ALL civil rights. Double Jeopardy will not come up. Nor will minor stuff such as proof, courts, defense attorney, judges, trials all that pesky constitutional crap Obey Me hates so much.; the one all your candidates supported.

        I was just educating my wife in this concept last night. She was curious what a gun no-buy list would be tied to a no-fly list. I said it was because they can put you on a no fly list for whatever reason. Frankly...I can't for the life of me understand why I feel like I'm one in a million who sees the problems with this kind of logic. If we, collectively, really are this stupid we are in real trouble.

    The feds have been doing this to income tax "protestors" for 2 generations and no one cared because they "paid their fair share.".

    BLM, the new BATF.

      BLM and BATF but now its a terrorism demonstration which means DHS pronounced dis as in disrespect the citizens. Soon to be DIS and after this I don't think I'll be so vocal - Department of Internal Security. Only thing left is double
      baraks on the color points. Voted for by all your candidates.

      Which reminds me Obey Me explained he intends to use the Military as as Waffen SS which gets him around their oath of office - or does it?
