MSG occurs naturally in many foods, especially tomatoes and tomato juice, grapes and grape juice, other fruit juices, cheeses such as Parmesan and Roquefort, and mushrooms. Scares about MSG go back 40 years or more and have been debunked.
I have a personal experience: a group of us met weekly for lunch, one chap said he did not want to eat at Chinese restaurants as they always use MSG to which he was allergic. We discussed our eating habits and this chap included many on the list given above, especially tomatoes. All but him agreed the problem was really 'Chinese restaurant syndrome', he said nothing.
MSG can contribute to many neurological conditions. Do you get a headache after eating processed food? It's probably an additive like MSG. It can also lead to dementia.
Then you should investigate further to satisfy your skepticism. I wouldn't expect any less. Here is a search page for Dr Blaylock, retired neurosurgeon who has seen the effects firsthand of the use of these chemicals: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_q... I'm not worried about the votes. I don't post for points. 8-)
