Seeing things as purely individualism vs collectivism is an error caused by only looking at the conclusions. Objectivism, as with all philosophy, starts with metaphysics and builds from there. If the why of individualism is not understood, the argument can seem simple.

The liberal response to anything Rand - "simplistic", "Juvenile", "selfish", is so predictable and right out of the pinko playbook. Fryar Tuk's response is a classic example of the argument from intimidation. For those of you who don't know what that is, I strongly recommend looking it up.
