Student For Liberty
I received a solicitation from Students For Liberty, and I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not it's a legit request. I'm convinced that as a society, we've passed the tipping point, gone past the point of no return. As one writer stated in the Let It Out section of my local paper "The problem is that those people who vote for a living now outnumber those of us who work for a living." But I'm not ready to give up yet, and if the concensus here is that SFL is worth it, I'll donate to them. If there's a glimmer of hope, I'll support it.

If I take one project funded by a gov't agency, am I now voting for a living? I would say no. Using that standard, most people work for a living.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|

However, I don't agree that most people work for a living. There are far too many people dependent, by choice, on the government. Those people vote for a living.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
