I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch...

I first read Atlas Shrugged in 1957, while I was in Jr. High School.

I have watched since then as many of the things that were predicted in that book came to pass.

I was amazed to find out that the book was actually written in 1947 and was not released until 1957.

I have always held the idea that what I earned was mine and not someone else's and that charity should be my idea and not controlled by the government.

I am glad to be here and look forward to future discussions.
