That I will truthfully and faithfully follow the Constitution. Only appoint Constitutionalist Justices and AG's. 2. I will tell the truth that the President can't fix all the problems.
For starters I would skip the part of the oath of office which says 'to the best of my ability.' I would replace it with 'without purposes of evasion' the version required of the military.
One replace income tax with end user consumption tax.
Two overturn by executive order all Obama Executive Orders where they clearly circumvented, eluded, went around, over, or just through the Constitution.
Starting with suspenidng any mention of mere 'suspicion of ' as a replacement for probable cause and the one instance where it's been addressed by the court to 'reasonable suspicion' and limited to the 230 year old uncontested practice and Immigration, Customs, Coast Guard acting in that capacity and Border Patrol. wherein the The Court maintained civil rights. I want to be specific on that.
If I had a third choice it would be to follow the dictates of the Constitution closely in nominating Supreme Court Justices. Which means lawyers wouldn't stand a chance.
It truly frustrates, Rich, Hundreds of trillions of debt and growing and no candidate calling for the immediate emergency shutdown of government agencies. Ayn Rand's quote keeps buzzing around my head: “The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everybody has decided not to see.” ― Ayn Rand, The Fountainhead
As I get older I get angrier about it. The amount of waste is staggering. I was just commenting on my other post about how Rand tried to warn people. She knew where this was going to go.
1) To disband as quickly as possible all federal agencies and regulatory commissions that are not clearly part of what government is supposed to be Constitutionally limited to. This includes FDA, DEA, TSA and others.
2) Grant an immediate pardon for all persons imprisoned for so-called "crimes" that involved no initiation of force or variants such as fraud.
I had considered posting a similar question, rich. 1) Use the presidents power of pardon to release from prison (and refund all fines) all those being held for victimless crimes, which would by definition release nearly all those who were arrested under all gun control acts, all of the drug war, reverse every property seizure (pardon the property), every person or group of people harassed by the IRS for income tax related matters, people harassed by the EPA for making minor changes to their property, and anything else I could include. This would continue every day of my administration. This would have the added benefit of making all those BATF agents, EPA agents, and IRS agents expendable for at least four years. 2) Use executive orders to reverse all previous executive orders, and to restrict action of all parts of the bureaucracy that reports to the executive branch to the original intent of the constitution. Then, after lunch ...
Busy morning. I would start with the tax code and had not thought about those doing time because of the IRS. I would think of them as political prisoners and release them as well.
I would cut all non essential government to the Constitutional days and cut taxes. I believe you should be able to live on a piece of land and be self sufficient if that's what you want to do.
2. I will tell the truth that the President can't fix all the problems.
That's a truth people running don't admit aloud.

2) Slash government spending even more.
3) Slash government spending even more.
There is definitely room to cut a lot.
― Ayn Rand, The Fountainhead
the quotes are because I know it's not original, but the sentiment is real.
2. Reduce Executive Branch power to increase govt in the future.
Encourage Congress to create an internal committee with the express purpose of repealing laws. With a simple majority approval.
Executive Order - Lobbying will be subject to the same penalties as electioneering.
But that credit goes to Robert Heinlein, from his book "The Moons A Harsh Mistress"
