Please check this out and the next time some politician is crying about our citizens on welfare or how much we spend to bail out our own companies just remember this list and what we could do with all this money if we spent it on our people. We could turn this nation completely around. No more homeless vets., no more hungry people, billions for our schools, but no we sit and let entire cities go bankrupted while we give millions to China and we are to blame. We vote the same idiots back into office term after term, thinking they we make things better. If you get mad just remember WE! are the ones to blame!

Why?????
Most of the countries listed spit in our face every chance they get. they don't like the US and not giving them money will not make it any worse.
There are examples from colonial England in India as to what happens when "aid" is given to states that don't like you. It isn't pretty. they ask for more and more and finaly come to view it as tribute owed them for allowing you to do business with tem. Then it goes down hill.
And no WE are not to blame for this aid list anymore than we are to blame for Obamacare. The people of America and their government are divorced!
We can't really fault our "leaders," in Congress, they are doing what comes naturally to people of their ilk, slowely ,over a period of time, dig yourself in with more power. Do it in such a way the the "people" feel good about the road you are taking them down.. This is equally true for both sides of the isle, it is the nature of the human animal.
