So, part of the Legislature will be writing laws which will not pass the full Legislature, calling them "Executive Orders", and giving them to Dear Leader to sign?

This is Banana Republic stuff.

Sheila Jackson Lee is incapable of forming a sentence with any real meaning... it's always feel good fluff stuff. Yet...she got votes. I'm Flummoxed!
