This is why I have little hope in turning this country around. Cutting social programming to pay debt looks bad to the average American. They hear educated talking heads say "See! We told you so! Those Conservatives are evil! This will not end well. The pictures coming out of European train stations will only become more common. All this bad news and A still equals A. Reason is the only thing keeping me sane. I wish it were more widely used. Reality may suck sometimes, but it is reality and you can count on it and work through it.
