How many real estate brokers or developers do we have in the Gulch?

I was just curious really. Looking to speak with people who are like minded and in the industry. I am a broker and developer in CA.

I am not a real estate broker or a developer per se, but in my first post here I made it known that I was planning on subdividing two hectares (20,000 square meters) into eight home sites in Argentina.

Since then, I have decided to subdivide only one hectare into two 5,000 squae meter home sites.

I do not want to create a "community of expats" or a "gulch" here. I only want to have one "like minded" neighbor who wants the same thing I have here: A safe place to be when the sxxt hits the fan in the USA.
