I guess all that remains is to see if the supreme leader will approve of the Supreme's decision or send it back down to them for reconsideration. Or simply ignore the Court and continue the program by executive decree.

A lovely example of a depression era rule/regulation and the program it creating remaining in place 75 years. It was a depression era program, and while many argue we are in another one now, that does not excuse leaving this in place through all the years in between.
